Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At 3D Women’s Health, our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. To help us achieve this, we have implemented the following policy regarding missed and cancelled appointments:

If a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, 

a $10 no-show fee will be assessed. This fee must be paid before the patient can schedule any future appointments

If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 

24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be subject to the $10 fee at the provider’s discretion.

We understand that emergencies happen. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
